Returns for Personalized Products

Most of our products are custom-made and personalized according to the customer’s request (such as photos, names, engravings, or custom text).

Please note that personalized items are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable once production has started.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours after payment, provided that production has not yet begun. After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled because production processing may already have started.

However, if a personalized item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly offer a free replacement, return, or full refund. Honorcust will cover the return shipping costs in such cases.

Because personalized products are made specifically for each customer, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Order Changes

Changes to personalized details must be requested within 24 hours after placing the order.

After production has started, changes can no longer be guaranteed.

If you need to modify personalized photos, text, engravings, or other customization details before shipment, please contact our customer support team at support@honorcust.com.


Return Shipping Costs

Honorcust will cover the return shipping costs if:

  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • There is a production or printing error

If the return is caused by the consumer’s own reasons — such as ordering the wrong item, no longer wanting the product, providing an incorrect shipping address, or failing to receive the package — the consumer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The specific shipping fee will depend on the courier service chosen by the customer.

Return Process for Damaged or Incorrect Items

2. Describe the Issue

Please provide a detailed description of the problem and attach photos of the item whenever possible.

3. Resolution

After reviewing your request, we will provide either:

  • A replacement item, or
  • A full refund

depending on the situation.


Exchanges

As all products are individually customized, exchanges are unfortunately not possible once production has started.

Please carefully review all personalization details (photos, text, engraving, etc.) before placing your order.

This exchange and withdrawal limitation applies specifically to products that are custom-made according to customer specifications.


Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
